Terms and Conditions
The
following terms and conditions shall apply to all bookings and no variation
shall apply unless confirmed in writing:
Payment Terms
A deposit of 30% shall be payable at the time of booking.
The outstanding balance will be invoiced 6 weeks before the hire date and must
be paid within 14 days of receipt otherwise we will consider the booking is
cancelled.
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation of the hire at any time the deposit shall be
forfeit. Any cancellation after payment of the full fee within 28 days of the
date of hire shall mean forfeiture of the full fee.
Wedding Hire
Our prices include the journey from the Bride's home to the ceremony and from
the ceremony to the reception for the Bride and Groom. The cars will be
decorated with ribbon (colour of your choice) and flowers. Our company has a
fleet of very desirable cars and, in the unlikely event that the car you have
chosen is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide the
best possible substitute available on the day.
Viewing and Booking
Viewing is by appointment only. Should you wish to book one of our cars a firm
quotation together with a booking form for completion, will be provided. On
receipt of your signed booking form together with your deposit, we will confirm,
in writing by return. An invoice for payment of the balance of the hire charge
will be sent to you six weeks prior to your wedding date.
